“It’s Not Magic, It’s Kingsmill” TV campaign
Aldar, a leading real estate developer in the UAE and the official real estate partner of Manchester City, asked us to create a premium brand film featuring Pep Guardiola. The goal was big: elevate Aldar’s brand globally through one of football’s most respected minds, while staying true to their core philosophy – that ‘home’ is more than just a place, it’s a feeling.
We had to bring two very different worlds together – elite sport and luxury property – in a way that felt seamless and sincere.
Directed by Nick Tree, ‘Driven by Details’ is a cinematic reflection on ambition, detail and home – voiced by Pep and rooted in Aldar’s philosophy that ‘Details Matter’. Shot in Abu Dhabi and Manchester, it captures the shared mindset between Aldar and Pep: true greatness isn’t just about what you build – it’s about how you build it, and the legacy you leave behind.
