Hays wanted to celebrate the people working in digital tech, fills them with pride in their industry and positions Hays as a recruiter that genuinely understands their world. It needed to feel authentic, energetic and exciting, steering well clear of the usual tech stereotypes.

We went looking for the real people disrupting the industry. Casting three individuals with inspiring, visually arresting jobs, we built a fast-paced film around snapshots of their working lives – deliberately blurring the lines between work and play before revealing who they are and what they do.

Shot across the country, the result is an energetic, authentic celebration of the people at the beating heart of digital tech, with Hays positioned firmly at its pulse.
